Refund policy

General Requirements For Returns:

• Requests must be made within 14 days from the day the order is placed.
• Customer Service must authorize refunds and returns in advance.
• Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days from the date that the return has been authorized.
• All products must be returned with original labels affixed.
• Returns must include the name of the original purchaser.
• Refunds will exclude shipping and handling fees.
• Pre orders are non refundable.
